Welcome to Reze88. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you",your") and Reze88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Reze88 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible atreze88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. Reze88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account created by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the Company's internal compliance procedures.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the Reze88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related services or applications operated by or on behalf of the Company.
• "Services" includes all online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and any other gaming or wagering services made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Services is prohibited by applicable law, as determined by the Company from time to time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Reze88 strictly enforces this age threshold in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards for casino-style gaming and sports wagering.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of Reze88 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by Reze88 or any recognised external responsible gambling body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Reze88 does not knowingly accept registrations from users residing in Prohibited Territories. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Services from your location is lawful. The Company accepts no liability for any User accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

Each eligible User is permitted to holdone (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid and accessible email address;
• Your date of birth;
• Your current residential address (including postcode and state within Malaysia);
• A valid Malaysian mobile number for two-factor authentication and account recovery purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Reze88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Reze88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Reze88 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, all Account holders are required to complete identity verification ("KYC") before withdrawal requests can be processed. Reze88 may also require KYC completion before certain deposit thresholds are reached or before bonus activation.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include:

• Valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad / NRIC);
• Valid Malaysian or International Passport;
• Valid Malaysian Driver's Licence (front and back);
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence, dated within 90 days); and
• A selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the primary identity document, taken in adequate lighting.

The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for enhanced due diligence (EDD) purposes for high-value transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the witholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Reze88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct online banking with major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC), with all crypto balances displayed in MYR equivalent.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalents are stated at the time of transaction.
• Funds deposited must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Reze88 does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which Reze88 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made via fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and referal to relevant authorities.
• All deposits are subject to standard anti-fraud screening. Reze88 reserves the right to hold or reverse any deposit pending completion of verification procedures.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account or wallet registered in the same name as the Reze88 Account holder. This requirement applies to all payment methods without exception. Reze88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawal processing times by method are as follows (indicative, not guaranteed):

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval;
• DuitNow / FPX: typically5 to 15 minutes after approval;
• Direct Bank Transfer: typically 15 to 60 minutes after approval, subject to bank clearing schedules;
• Cryptocurrency: typically within 30 to 60 minutes, subject to network congestion.

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. Reze88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, network fees applicable to cryptocurrency withdrawals areborne by the User.

Reze88 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, enhanced due diligence review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is delayed for any of these reasons, the Company will notify the Account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

Reze88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each Promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered on qualifying games within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are stated in each Promotion's terms.
• Reze88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the Promotion by Users.
• A maximum withdrawal limit from Bonus Funds may apply and will be stated in the relevant Promotion's terms.
• All Promotions are available to players aged 21 and above only.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published in the Platform's Rules section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail with respect to that product.

The following general betting rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Reze88 does not permit cancellation or amendment of confirmed bets except where expressly provided in the applicable product rules.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay or bet placement, Reze88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. The Account balance will be restored to its state immediately prior to the error.
• Odds and game outcomes are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are those that apply to the bet.
• Reze88 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits at Account level, market level, or Platform-wide at its sole discretion.
• Any bet placed using fraudulent means, in contravention of these Terms, or in a manner that exploits technical errors in the Platform's odds or software, may be voided at the Company's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own details or those of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of any software vulnerabilities;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name;
• Selling, transfering, or assigning your Account or Account balance to any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Reze88 staff or other players.

Reze88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We offer a range of tools designed to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within the Account Settings section of your Profile.

Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. A temporary self-exclusion prevents access to the Platform for a User-defined period. A permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, no promotional communications will be sent and no Account deposits will be accepted.

All content published on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, user interface elements, software code, and game assets, is the exclusive property of Reze88 or its content and game studio licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in or forming part of the Platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written consent from Reze88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reze88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

Reze88's total liability to any User in connection with the Services in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in that month, or MYR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reze88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, suitability for purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Reze88 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to a payment method registered in your name, subject to completed KYC and any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

Reze88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• The Account holder is in material breach of these Terms;
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Account holder is found to be under21 years of age;
• The Account holder is found to be located in a Prohibited Territory; or
• Continuation of the Account presents a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to the Company.

Upon termination by the Company for cause, Reze88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings acrued in breach of these Terms. Real-money deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Reze88 operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notification by either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitral institution as selected by Reze88.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
